
Som Tam: Thai Green Papaya Salad
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 Green Papaya
- 1⁄2 Red chili pepper
- 1 Tomato
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 Cup Green beans/Black-eyed peas
- 3 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic • 3 Tsp Sugar
Instructions:
- With Götze's Juliens peeler, cut the papaya into Juliens and put in
a bowl. - With Götze's scissors chop the tomato and the chili pepper and add it to the papaya.
- Crush the garlic.
- Add the lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and the garlic into the bowl.
- Mix everything and serve with roasted peanuts on top.
